These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all guests (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”) using the accommodation facilities (hereinafter referred to as the “Facility”). By using the Facility, the Guest agrees to comply with these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to all accommodation agreements and related contracts concluded between the Facility and the Guest.
Article 2 (Conditions of Accommodation)
Groups composed solely of students are generally not permitted to stay. However, accommodation may be allowed if the students pledge in advance to comply with the house rules.
Loud or disruptive behavior such as “calls” or binge drinking is strictly prohibited.
If false information is found in the submitted guest list or identification documents at the time of check-in, accommodation will be refused.
Article 3 (Guest Conduct and Prohibited Acts)
The following acts are prohibited:
Making loud noises, shouting, screaming, or playing loud music.
Acting disruptively under the influence of alcohol or going outdoors naked.
Use of fireworks, firecrackers, or flammable materials.
Unauthorized entry into neighboring properties.
Littering or leaving cigarette butts in unauthorized areas.
Parking vehicles in non-designated areas or obstructing traffic.
Damaging or heavily soiling facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
If prohibited acts are discovered, the police may be notified, and the Guest may be forcibly evicted. A nuisance fee of 20,000 JPY will be charged.
Article 4 (Use of the Facility)
Smoking is prohibited inside the entire Facility. If smoking is detected outside designated smoking areas, a deodorization and cleaning fee of 20,000 JPY or more will be charged.
Use of the BBQ facilities is free of charge; however, only firewood may be used as fuel. Guests must clean up afterward. If not cleaned, a cleaning fee of 3,000 JPY or more will be charged.
Kitchen utensils and tableware must be washed and returned to their original location after use.
Article 5 (Number of Guests and Use of Bedding)
Guests may only stay in the number of people registered at the time of booking. Unauthorized extra guests or excessive use of bedding may result in additional charges or immediate eviction.
Article 6 (Malfunctions of Equipment)
No refunds will be made for malfunction of free facilities or equipment (e.g., air conditioners, bidet toilets, Wi-Fi).
Please promptly report any malfunctions to the Facility.
Article 7 (Facility Use Rules)
[Shoes] Please remove shoes and wear slippers indoors.
[Toilets] Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
[Kitchen] Clean up and restore the kitchen after use.
[Refrigerator] Remove any personal belongings upon checkout.
[Garbage] Sort waste into burnable, non-burnable (plastics), and recyclable (glass, cans).
[Energy Saving] Turn off air conditioning and lights when going out or bathing.
Article 8 (Check-in and Identity Verification)
As check-in is non-face-to-face, all Guests must complete the online pre-check-in form and submit identification documents (ID and selfie) in advance.
If the pre-check-in form is not completed, the entry code for the Facility will not be provided.
Article 9 (Check-in Time and Cancellation Policy)
Check-in and check-out times, and the cancellation policy, are determined by each accommodation facility.
Guests must comply with the rules provided at the time of reservation.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the accommodation agreement or additional charges.
Article 10 (Management of Valuables)
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables. The Facility is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
Article 11 (Compensation for Damages)
If the Guest or accompanying persons cause damage to the building, facilities, or equipment, the Guest must compensate the Facility for the full amount of damages.
Article 12 (Force Majeure)
The Facility shall not be liable for failure to provide accommodation services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, transportation strikes, or epidemics.
Article 13 (Termination of Contract)
If the Guest violates these Terms, the Facility may immediately terminate the accommodation contract without refunding any accommodation fees.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
The Facility shall not be liable for accidents, theft, injury, illness, or any other incidents occurring within the premises. Guests are responsible for managing their own safety.
Article 15 (Changes to the Terms)
These Terms are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will be promptly announced on the Facility’s website or displayed within the Facility.
